Oh yes Severin strikes again in the criminal world! Thom and I had snuck away for a date. Morgan was in charge. To say Severin has an obsession with buttons is a severe understatement. Morgan went downstairs, and when she came up Johnathen was freaking out and snarfing around. When she asked him what was wrong -while checking the kids over. He tells her Sev just called 911.
M."are you sure?"
J. "YEEESSSS!" tears in his eyes "when I took the phone away they said '911 what is your emergency?' and I just hung up!"
So Morgan gets him calmed down, tells him a cop will be by just to make sure everything is ok. J. "A COP!!!!" and he is crying again.
When the knock came at the door, he was on melt down mode again. The Cop talked to him and made him feel a bit better. M. explained we have a criminal in the family. I don't think she mentioned this was his SECOND offence, or maybe Sev. would have been hauled in for questioning.
When we get home M. starts to tell us, and Neleh pipes in with" a Cop came over!" I guess she thought it was pretty cool. I was laughing and then all I could think of was the commercial when the guy is having a heart attack, and his wife keeps calling 911 and getting a busy signal-ugh
So my most Sincere apologies to anyone who tried to call 911 at that time and got the busy signal, he just loves to make buttons BEEEP! The phones are all up higher then he can push a chair to and reach now. And yes he is Mr. Naughty Pants!!!

Prayers in our behalf...
I keep wondering if I should post this. Maybe it is too personal, maybe no one will "get it" but me. But for some reason I keep coming back to blogging about an experience Morgan had.
Let me start by saying our house has a handful of teenagers in it at any time of day. We have 2 "guy friends"(K & J) that have become part of the fam. more then the others.
Morgan was back to school after Christmas break. A boy came up to her and asked about her brothers heart, and upcoming heart surgery. She knew he was in K & J ward. She tells him about Severin, gets a little teary eyed about it. And then asks how he knows about her brother. He then tells her in their Priest Quorum at the end of the lesson, they ask the Young Men if there is anyone they would like to specifically pray for. On the past Sunday K raised his hand and asked to pray for Severin, and then J offered to give that prayer.
I still cry when I type this. If any of us only knew how many prayers have been offered in our behalf, how would we be different. I invision this room of handsome young men, it their white shirts and ties, praying for a little boy that may not ever be their age in his earth life. I am so very humbled by the prayers offered for our son and our family. I feel them. I know they are heard. I am thankful for the blessing of faithful people (and teenagers) in my life.
